Pack Your Product
Securely place the air purifier or filters in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and power cables are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
