For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your filters every 6 months when used 24 hours a day. Your unit's filter indicator light will also notify you when it is time for a change.
What is your shipping policy for large home appliances?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via ground shipping.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 60-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original packaging.
Do Blueair products come with a warranty?
All our air purifiers come with a standard 1-year limited warranty. However, if you register your product on our website within 60 days of purchase, we extend that warranty to a total of 5 years.
